Board of Directors and Committees

The business of the Austin’s Colony Homeowner’s Association is administered by a 5-member board of directors. The current board members are:

  • Jeff Skelton, President – Term expires September 2024
  • Gary Kistner, Vice President – Term expires September 2025
  • Bruce Worley, Treasurer – Term expires September 2024
  • Laura (Bailey) Ramsdale, Secretary – Term expires September 2025
  • Kimberly Galland, Board Member – Term Expires September 2025

Directors are elected to two-year terms at the annual meeting of homeowners in September. The board typically meets quarterly on a first Tuesday of the month. Check the calendar on the home page for the next meeting.
