The Austin’s Colony neighborhood is located in Bryan, Texas near the intersection of Hwy. 6 and F.M. 158 (Boonville Road). The neighborhood was started in 1994 and is still growing. As of November 2023, there are 815 residents with 29 phases. The neighborhood is home to Harvey Mitchell Elementary School, James Earl Rudder High School and nearby Sam Rayburn Middle School. The large city-maintained park, Austin’s Colony Park, includes covered tennis and basketball courts, playground equipment, soccer and baseball fields, covered ramada, grills, disc golf course, sand volleyball courts, and archery range and much more.

The Association’s Board of Directors meetings are posted on the website. Residents are always welcomed to attend. Please contact board member President prior to meeting if you have a topic for the board to review.

The Austin’s Colony Subdivision is governed by a homeowner’s association. The current annual assessment is $165 and was adopted in 2021. Details on covenants and restrictions are available on this Website.
