As an owner of Austin’s Colony, the appointed HOA Board of Directors would like
to invite each of you to attend the Annual General Membership Meeting. It is
important to attend this meeting so you can hear updates and current information
regarding Austin’s Colony HOA. The current board of directors would like to make
sure everyone has an opportunity to serve the community and a voice to vote for
the Austin’s Colony Board of Directors.
There will be an election of directors during this meeting. If you are unable to
attend this meeting, please return your Proxy/R.S.V.P. so your vote will still count.
Ballots will be made available at the meeting. As a member of the HOA your
opinion is valued, so please mark your calendar to attend.
