Board of Directors and Committees

The business of the Austin’s Colony Homeowner’s Association is administered by a 5-member board of directors. The current board members are:

  • Richard Payne, Vice President – Term expires September 2027
  • Karen Compton, Treasurer – Term expires September 2027
  • Patti Wade, Secretary – Term expires September 2027
  • Bari Brookins, Board Member at Large- Term Expires September 2026

Directors are elected to two-year terms at the annual meeting of homeowners in September. The board typically meets quarterly on a first Tuesday of the month. Check the calendar on the home page for the next meeting.
